Central location, good service and generous breakfast choices. I got free upgrade and liked it. Victorian hotel in a nice local area of Edinburgh.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The staff were wonderful and the stay certainly was good value. The food was appetising, service was superb and the view was magnificent. I loved a contemporary decor and stylish furniture. Everything was nice as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was really small.

Overall I think it was an attractive hotel, good value. The staff were very courteous and the tasty breakfast was provided. Comfortable room, modern bathroom. Unbeatable location, close enough to centre, grassmarket and on a quiet street, however the area was very very bad.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

This hotel was in a central area. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. We stayed in an ensuite double room with climate control and a clothes rack. Plus, they provided parking;)))
The property needs improvement. The bed was old here.
